Who we are

The Swift Creek Elementary PTA is a group of parents, teachers, and community members working together to support our school. We help fund field trips, classroom supplies, and school events that make learning more fun and engaging for every student.

From organizing family nights to appreciating our hardworking staff, the PTA is here to build connections, strengthen our school community, and support meaningful learning.

Whether you have five minutes or five hours, there’s a way for you to make a difference. We’d love for you to join us!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The PTA (Parent-Teacher Association) is a volunteer group of parents, teachers, and staff working together to support students and strengthen our school community.

  • While our PTA meetings are the best way to stay informed, you don’t need to attend them to be in the PTA! You can help by volunteering at events, donating supplies, joining a committee, or simply staying informed via our website and facebook page.

  • It’s easy—just fill out our membership form and pay a small annual fee. You don’t have to volunteer to be a member (but we’d love it if you did!).

  • Funds help cover things like teacher appreciation, school events, bringing down the cost of field trips, classroom supplies, and enrichment programs for students.

  • We organize a variety of events throughout the year, including Chalk the Walk, Popsicles on the Playground, GatorThon, Skate Night, Me & My VIP Breakfast, Color Run, Books & Breakfast, and more. Check our calendar for the full list!

  • Follow us on Facebook, add events to your calendar, and check this website often—we update it regularly with news and events.

  • Yes! Any caring adult in a child’s life is welcome to join the PTA and support our school.
